This help article explains how shipping works at Pride Clothing Co. (PCC), including standard timeframes, carriers, and where we currently ship. Our goal is to get your order to you as smoothly as possible and keep you updated along the way. 

Standard Shipping Information

  1. Most standard U.S. orders are processed and delivered within 7–15 calendar days from the time your order is placed. Processing times may vary by product, season, and order volume.
  2. The order detail page and your order confirmation email will indicate the estimated shipping method and timeframe for your specific items.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates only and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or peak season volume. PCC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been handed off.

Carriers We Use

PCC will ship your order using a variety of major shipping carriers, including (but not limited to):
  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Other regional and specialty carriers, depending on product and season
The specific carrier used for your order may vary based on product and shipping method chosen at check out. Shipping information will typically be shown in your shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.  


Expedited Shipping Options

When available at checkout, you may choose an expedited shipping option. When an expedited shipping method is paid for, we will use carriers such as:
  • UPS expedited services
  • FedEx expedited services
  • USPS Priority/2-Day
  • Next-Day / Overnight services where supported and available based on delivery code.
NotesExpedited shipping options incur additional costs and may not be available for all products or all locations. Expedited timelines start once the order has been processed and shipped; they may not always shorten internal production times on made-to-order items.


U.S. & International Shipping

  1. We do currently ship to all 50 U.S. States and all U.S. Territories.
  2. Some items are available for international shipping such as Canada, UK, and the EU.
  3. Please check the product details page and shipping options at check out.


Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
  1. Most U.S. orders will arrive within 7-15 days after the order has been placed, including processing and transit.  You'll receive an email with tracking information once the order ships.
  2. For International orders, we cannot estimate the shipping time frame but review the tracking information once received.
  3. We cannot always guarantee shipping time frames due to circumstances outside of our control such as weather, carrier delays, or government delays.

Can I expedite shipping for my order?
  1. In most cases expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost. Please review the shipping options at checkout. 

Can I choose which carrier you use?
No, unfortunately not at this time as our shipping process is designed around the best available method based on various factors such as product, origination, destination, time of year, etc. Your shipping confirmation email will contain the carrier used along with tracking information. 
Can I ship items in the same order to multiple addresses?
  1. Not at this time. All items must be sent to the same shipping address.
  2. You would need to place separate orders per shipping address.
    1. Each order would be subject to its own shipping costs. 
  3. If you have a bulk order (greater than 6 shipping addresses or more than 20 items), please contact us and we can put together a custom proposal for you.
I was charged multiple shipping charges on the same order, why?
  1. Please review your order details to determine why.  This is can be for various reasons:
    1. Expedited shipping was selected for some items, while others were regular shipping.
    2. Some products may be limited edition or collaboration items that ship from a separate vendor and incur separate shipping charges.
  2. If you feel this was in error, please contact us.
My item is delayed by the post office, what should I do?
  1. We're mad, too. Unfortunately, there's nothing further we can do but recommend you reach out to your local post master. 

Do you offer free shipping?
We may occasionally run promotions for free shipping on orders over a certain dollar threshold site-wide or run special promotions for free shipping.  Please check out prideclothingco.com, follow our socials, and sign up for our promotional emails so you never miss a deal, girl!
