Exchanges and Size/Color Changes
This help article explains how to handle size or color issues with your Pride Clothing Co. (PCC) order, and clarifies how exchanges work now and how they will work in the coming future.
Current Policy: Return + Reorder
At this time, PCC does not process direct exchanges. If you received the wrong size or simply need a different size or color, our current process is:
- Request a return authorization following our Returns & Refunds policy.
- Once your return is approved and processed, place a new order for the desired size or color.
You can also place your new order while awaiting the Return Authorization or Refund. We are actively working on building the exchange process within our system and operations.
All returns are subject to the timeframes and conditions listed in our Returns & Refunds help article. Please review that policy before sending anything back.Future Exchanges (Coming Soon)
In the future, PCC may offer direct exchanges limited to the same product in a different size or color variation. We will be sure to notify our customers that are actively opted into our communications and will update this help article when that occurs. Here's what we know so far:
- Exchange requests will follow the same time window as returns. (15 days from receipt)
- Exchange shipping labels will not be free and may incur additional costs.
For now, please use our returns process and place a new order for any replacement items as noted above.
