Using Promo Codes
Promo codes are typically entered during checkout. When a valid code is applied, you will see the discount reflected in your order summary before you submit your order.

Combining Discounts, Points, and Gift Cards
In general:
Most orders can use one promo/discount code per order.
In some cases, certain promo codes may be designed to stack (for example, a percentage discount plus a free shipping offer). When stacking is allowed, this will be clearly indicated in the promotion details.
Promo codes can generally be used together with:
Pride Points redemptions (when applicable).
Gift cards.
Retroactive Application of Promo Codes
If you had a valid promo code that was available before you placed your order but forgot to apply it, PCC may be able to apply the promotion retroactively within 14 calendar days of your order date.
We are not able to retroactively apply promotions that were launched after your order was placed.
Exclusions
Unless otherwise stated, discounts and promo codes generally do not apply to:
Gift cards.
Taxes and shipping charges.
Certain limited editions or collaborations, as specified in the promotion or product details.
