This article explains what to do if your package is delayed, appears stuck in transit, or is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it.
In-Transit Delays
It is normal for tracking to pause for several days at certain points in the journey, especially during peak seasons or severe weather. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond PCC's control.
If your package is showing as "In Transit" or "Arriving Late," carriers may still be working to complete the delivery and you are encouraged to contact the carrier directly.
When a Package Is Considered Lost in Transit
- For U.S. shipments, a package is generally considered lost if there has been no tracking movement for 30 calendar days.
- For international shipments, a package is generally considered lost if there has been no movement for 90 calendar days.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact the carrier first to open an inquiry or claim, then reach out to PCC with your order and claim details so we can review further with the carrier to resolve.
Stolen Packages (Marked as Delivered, Not Received)
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you do not have the package:
- Check with neighbors, building management, leasing office, or front desk, if applicable.
- Look around common delivery areas (porch, garage, side door, parcel lockers, etc.).
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Review any applicable cameras you may have in your delivery area.
If you still cannot locate your package:
- File a claim with the carrier.
- File a report with your local police department if you suspect theft.
PCC may review courtesy options on a case-by-case basis, but stolen packages may not be automatically replaced or refunded.
PCC’s Role and Limitations
Pride Clothing Co. is not liable for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are later lost or stolen.
We will, however, review each situation individually and may offer a courtesy option (such as a discount or partial assistance) at our sole discretion.
