Returns and Refunds


This help article will help you navigate returning an item to Pride Clothing Co. (PCC) and/or obtaining a refund on an item or order.  First, we're very sorry that you are unhappy with an item or order and we'll do everything we can to make it right!  Please read below to understand more on how to get and help and what to expect.

Return Information

PCC will accept returns from customers so long as a return authorization is requested within 15 calendar days of the item arriving, unless during our extended holiday return period(s) noted below.

All returns require a return authorization prior to be shipped back to PCC.  Please be sure to complete the steps below prior to sending any items to us otherwise we cannot guarantee your refund.

Requesting a Return Authorization

To request a return authorization, follow the below steps:
  1. Submit a ticket below, email us at hello@prideclothingco.com, or call 1-859-838-1717 to request a return authorization.
  2. We will review and respond to your request within 15 calendar days.
    1. if approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
      1. Print the return shipping label, affix it to your package, and return it to us.
      2. A refund will provided within 15 calendar days of receiving the return in an acceptable, re-sellable condition.
    2. Sometimes returns are declined but approved to be refunded. If this is the case, you will not need to ship the items back to us and they can be kept, gifted, or donated. 
    3. If neither are approved, we will contact you with full details and/or next steps.

Extended Holiday Return Periods

  1. For orders placed beginning November 15 - December 24 will be eligible for our extended return period through January 31 of the following year.
  2. For orders placed beginning April 15 - May 17 will be eligible for extended return period through June 1 of the same year.


Refund Methods and Timeframes

If you are due a refund, as determined by PCC, we will issue the refund back to the original method of payment or as a store credit within 14 calendar days. You are eligible for a full refund, less shipping, back to the original method of payment if:
  1. You contacted us to request a return authorization within 14 days of delivery date,
  2. You returned the items to us in a good, acceptable condition within 14 days of receiving the return authorization,
and
  1. Have not received a store credit or refund on the order already.
    1. If any remaining amount is due (less shipping) to be refunded, we will issue the refund following the original method of refund.
  2. Have not disputed the charge with your bank.

Note: we may choose to still issue a refund without a requesting a return at our sole discretion.

Store Credit Details

  1. Store credits are typically good for one year from the date of issuance unless otherwise noted, agreed, or stated in the offer terms.
  2. Can be used for future purchases of items on our website. 
  3. Cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
  4. Are issued to the email address and shopper's account and cannot be transferred or combined with another shopper's account. 
  5. Can be revoked, reversed, or cancelled by PCC for fraud, abuse, or other reasons determined by PCC. 
  6. Expired store credits cannot be reissued.
