Order Changes and Cancellations


This help article explains what to do if you made a mistake on your order and need to change or cancel it. Because many items are processed quickly, there is a very limited window in which changes or cancellations can be made.


Change & Cancellation Window

Orders begin processing very quickly, often within as little as 1 hour of being placed. Once an order has been confirmed by our production team, it cannot be changed or cancelled. 

Warning
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after it's been placed. We cannot guarantee cancellation once production has been confirmed, even if your order has not yet shipped.



What Can Be Changed

At this time, PCC does not often support changes to the shipping address, size, color, or items once an order has been submitted. The only possible change during the brief pre‑production window is a full order cancellation.

If you need to change something and the order has not yet been confirmed by production, contact us to cancel the order and submit a replacement.



If Your Order Has Already Shipped

If your order has already shipped or has been confirmed by the production team, it is too late to cancel or modify the order. Once it arrives, you may be able to request a return under our Returns & Refunds policy.



How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation as quickly as possible:

  1. Submit a ticket below at the bottom of this page.

    2. You can also call us at 1-859-838-1717.
  2. Provide your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation.

We will review your request and let you know if cancellation was possible based on the production status at the time we received your message. Self cancelation for available orders is coming soon!

AlertIf the full order is unable to be cancelled but individual items are, we will process the cancellation of the available items unless otherwise noted.


Frequently Asked Questions

I need to change my shipping address, how do I do that?
We cannot update shipping addresses once an order has been submitted. If your order has not yet been confirmed by production, we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new order with the correct address.  Please contact us for available options.
I placed an order for the wrong size or color, can I change that?
Size or color changes are not supported after an order is placed and confirmed by the production team. If eligible, we can attempt to cancel the order or you can follow our Returns & Refunds process and place a new order with the desired size or color.
Can I change my order altogether?
If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it. You may request a return after delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds policy.
