This help article explains how digital gift cards and store credits work at Pride Clothing Co. (PCC), including denominations, usage, and refunds.
Purchasing Gift Cards
PCC offers digital gift cards in several denominations, including $25, $40, $50, $75, and $100 (subject to availability). Digital gift cards are delivered electronically and can be used on eligible items at prideclothingco.com. Visit or store to purchase them.
Using Gift Cards and Store Credit
Gift cards and store credits can be applied at checkout toward eligible purchases. In most cases, they can be used in combination with discount codes and Pride Points, unless otherwise noted in a specific promotion.
Gift cards do not expire. Store credits generally expire one year from the date they are issued unless otherwise noted or granted in writing by PCC.
Refunds to Gift Cards and Store Credit
If an order that was paid using a gift card is refunded, the refund will typically go back to the original gift card or be reissued as store credit.
Store credit may also be used as a refund method for certain returns or adjustments when appropriate as determined by PCC. View our Refunds information page for more information.
