When Points Are Awarded
Pride Points are generally awarded after your order has been paid, processed and fulfilled.
Please allow up to 14 calendar days after fulfillment for points to appear in your account.
Common Reasons Points May Not Appear
Points may not be awarded if:
The purchase did not meet the minimum threshold of $5 USD.
The purchase included non-eligible items such as gift cards, taxes, or shipping charges.
The purchase involved certain sale or promotional items that are excluded from earning points.
The order was cancelled or refunded.
The email address provided at check out did not match your rewards account.
We received a chargeback on the payment from your bank.
Fraud, Abuse, Scamming, or Misuse was detected.
When to Contact Support
If it has been more than 14 days since your order was fulfilled and you believe points are missing, please contact us with:
Your name and email.
Your order number.
We will review your account and, if appropriate, adjust your points.
How long should I wait for my Pride Points to show up?
Please allow up to 14 days after your order is fulfilled for points to appear in your account.
Why didn’t I earn points on my order?
Points are not awarded on gift cards, taxes, shipping, and certain sale or promotional items. Points also may not be awarded if the order was fully refunded or cancelled.
Can you manually add points if something went wrong?
If you believe points are missing and your order should be eligible, contact us with your order details. Our team will review and, where appropriate, may adjust your points balance.
