Order Status and Tracking


This help article explains how to check the status of your Pride Clothing Co. (PCC) order, how to access tracking, and what to do if your package shows as “delivered” but you can’t locate it.


Where to Find Your Order Status

You can check your order status in a few ways:
  1. Order page in your PCC account/profile from prideclothingco.com where you can view the status of each order.
  2. Order confirmation email, which contains a link back to your order details and, once shipped, your tracking information.
  3. If you selected the option to track your order in Shop App then it may also be tracked there, learn more with the Shop App.


Tracking Emails and Timing

  1. Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking link. This link takes you directly to the carrier’s tracking page.
  2. Tracking information is typically available within 3–5 days after placing your order. In some cases, there may be a short delay between receiving the email and seeing live tracking updates.
  3. The Shop App and/or your digital wallet (eg. Apple Wallet) may also track the order and provide updates if you've opted into those services.  Learn more on their respective websites and information available.


If Your Order Says "Delivered" But You Don't Have It.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
  1. Check with anyone at your address, neighbors, leasing office, or front desk to see if the package was accepted or placed somewhere safe.
  2. Contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to file a claim or delivery inquiry. They may have additional information such as GPS delivery location or driver notes.
  3. After contacting the carrier, reach out to us via https://www.prideclothingco.com/pages/contact, submit a ticket below, email us at hello@prideclothingco.com, or call 1-859-838-1717 for further assistance.


Frequently Asked Questions

When will my tracking number be available?
Most tracking numbers are generated and emailed within 3–5 days after your order is placed, once the order has been processed and shipped.
I didn't receive the tracking information email, why?
  1. First, check your spam or junk folder to see if your email provider or program filtered it.
  2. You can check the status of your order by visiting prideclothingco.com, logging in with your email address and viewing your orders.
  3. If you opted in for the Shop App to track your order, visit the Shop app or download it from the applicable "app store."
  4. If you cannot access your email, but have the PCC number, visit our order status page (coming soon).
  5. Contact or call us, we'll be glad to look it up.

My order shows shipped, but there's been no movement of my order, why?
During busy seasons or severe weather, carriers may experience delays. If there is no movement for more than 7 days, contact the carrier and then reach out to us if additional help is needed.
My tracking number shows unavailable, why?
It may take a day or two for the carrier's systems to update the full status of a new package.  If there has been no update after 5 days, please contact us.
