Pride Partner Program Additional FAQ

This article answers common questions about the Pride Partner Program at Pride Clothing Co. (PCC). It is intended for both potential and current partners. 

Now's the time to join at the ground and get in on the launch of PCC!  Early joiners will receive exclusive opportunities to be announced.

Getting Started

The Pride Partner Program and its full application process are still being finalized. Until the dedicated application portal is live, interested partners can email pridepartners@prideclothingco.com.

Include your name, social or content platforms, and a general idea of your audience.  Once reviewed and approved, we will respond with your unique code and link that can be used at launch!

Tracking & Dashboards

Partners will eventually be able to access performance information (such as conversions and commissions) through a tracking platform that is in development. 

Those specific details and login instructions will be provided once the system is launched.

Payment Methods & Issues

Pride Partners will be able to choose from approved payout options, such as PayPal, Venmo, ACH deposit, Pride Points, or paper check, as defined in the program Terms & Conditions.

To update your payout preferences or if you suspect a tracking or payment issue, please contact pridepartners@prideclothingco.com.

 Eligibility & Expectations

While final criteria may grow over time, some general guidelines include:
  1. A minimum audience size (for example, at least 75 followers/subscribers on a platform).
  2. Twitch affiliates and partners are welcome to be considered.
  3. Content that aligns with PCC’s values of inclusion, pride, and respect.
  4. Promote PCC Items to their community and followers.

Additional Questions & Answers

Where do I log in to see my partner stats?
A dedicated partner dashboard is coming soon. Once it is ready, approved partners will receive login details and instructions. Until then, we will provide monthly reports and you can reach out to pridepartners@prideclothingco.com with questions.
How do I update my payment method?
Email pridepartners@prideclothingco.com with your name, partner details, and your preferred payout option so we can update your information.  
What if my code didn't work or a sale didn't track?
If you believe a code is not functioning or a sale did not register correctly, contact pridepartners@prideclothingco.com with any available details (order number, date, and customer information) so we can investigate.
Is there a minimum follower requirement?
We generally look for creators with at least 75 followers or subscribers and welcome all Twitch affiliates and partners. We also consider overall engagement and alignment with our values.  For non-online organizations, please contact us.
