You can earn Pride Points in several ways, including but not limited to:
Signing up for a PCC account or joining the rewards program.
You are automatically enrolled in Pride Points upon making a purchase or creating a customer account.
Making qualifying purchases (base rate: 1 point per $1 spent, unless a promotional multiplier is in effect).
Minimum purchase amount of $5 is required.
Gift card purchases may not earn rewards.
Referrals and other special activities as offered from time to time on the rewards page.
Examples include: following our socials, sharing on socials, referring friends/family, etc.

Awarding Pride Points
Pride Points are awarded when all items been shipped in the order (fulfilled status).
Redeeming Pride Points
Pride Points can be redeemed for:
Discounts on future purchases.
Store credits applied to your PCC account.
Special VIP merchandise or rewards when available.
Redemption options, minimums, and available rewards may change over time. The most current options will be shown in your Pride Points dashboard and some rewards redemptions may happen automatically.
Exclusions and Limitations
Pride Points are not earned on:
Gift cards.
Taxes and shipping charges.
Certain sale or promotional items, as designated by PCC.
Points do not expire as long as you remain an active member and the program itself remains ongoing. If the program is modified or discontinued, PCC will provide notice and information about how remaining points will be handled.
Refunds and Reversal of Pride Points
In the event PCC issues you a refund of an order that earned Pride Points, we will reverse (debit) those points from your rewards account upon issuing the refund of the order.

You can view your current Pride Points balance and redemption options in your rewards or account dashboard once logged in by clicking on "Pride Points" in the menu bar or by visiting https://points.prideclothingco.com.
Can I combine points with my partner or friend?
Points are generally non-transferable, cannot combined, and are tied to the account holder only. Any exceptions will be clearly stated in promotional terms if any pooling promotions ever occur.
